It's a sad statement on society, but yes: there are drugs in middle schools. They weren't as prolific wayyyy back in the time when I attended one, but they were there nonetheless.
  I believe the increasing usage by ever younger people is a symptom of schools, laws and society in general: Kids these days are held less and less responsible for their actions. They have fewer responsiblities at home and fewer consequences available to parents. I grew up in a time when if a kid looked at a teacher and told him to fuck off, the teacher could whoop their disrespectful little ass from the classroom all the way to the office.
  And guess what? We didn't have school shootings then. Theft was much less common. Kids respected their elders. Fights were where troubles were resolved with fists, and not knives or guns.

I mean it's getting worse by the day. When I was in my early 20's these three 13ish year-old kids were throwing rocks across the road and one almost hit my friends' truck. We yelled up at the kids and told them to throw elsewhere. The little shitheads had the gall to shout obscenities at us, throw a few more rocks in our direction and then threaten us with jail time if we touched them.
  And they were correct: we couldn't touch them as "adults". They knew this and scoffed at us. ~Gail

I remember my first day of highschool. It gets better when everyone gets used to it. So the first week or 2 will be a bit akward, but every day will get better. It will get so fun after awhile lol.

I don't think that you are being dumb about what you are going through. I have a friend who treats her kids differently. Her oldest does everything around the house and doesn't get anything while the other two girls get ANY and EVERYTHING and is complete brats! I think the fact that you have to share a room with two other children is crazy. Older girls need there privacy considering that we have monthly problems and drama while a 9 year old and 6 year old will not know anything about that yet. In fact in my state your parents could get in trouble with a 6 year old boy living in the same room with girls. But I just wanted to write and tell you that you are not stupid and I understand how you feel girl.
